GPAQ Postal
GPAQ Postal uses a random sample from your patient list to produce results for a
variety of users of the primary care service, not necessarily those that are
able to attend the surgery. Questionnaires are returned post-paid directly to
PatientDynamics, thus assuring patients of anonymity.
How It Works

A boxed set of questionnaires (already in envelopes) is sent to your
practice. You run the PatientDynamics extraction software on your patient
list and produce the mailing labels. The software will work on any PC-based
records system.

Practice staff attach the labels to the envelopes. A personalised letter
inviting the patient to take part can also be added at this time. Envelopes are
then sealed, franked and posted out.

Reminder mailings can also be sent if the initial mailing doesn't generate
enough response. Typically we achieve a greater than 50% response rate.

Patients return their completed questionnaires anonymously to PatientDynamics.
