GPAQ Practice Level
This all-inclusive service allows patients to assess their experience of the
collective service offered by the practice.
How it works
- We post you our questionnaire packs (the number depending upon the size of
the practice), a ballot box for collecting returns, and full
instructions.
- Patients complete the questionnaire after their consultation, either in
the waiting room or at home, then return the completed surveys to the practice
staff.
- Extra ballot boxes are available for a small extra charge.
- Surgery posters are also provided to publicise the survey and the results
process to the patients.
- You return the competed forms to PatientDynamics recorded
delivery.
- We monitor the returned questionnaires and start processing the data (data
entry, cleaning and validation) when enough questionnaires have been
returned.
- We send you reports within 2-3 weeks of completing the fieldwork.
