Both services operate in a web friendly environment and personalised information (name and telephone number) is managed through the NHS mail system.

Use your practice system to identify the group of patients that are eligible for the service. Register with us below. We'll explain how to create a simple file containing the names of the patients, a reference number and the telephone numbers (including the std code). Submit the file securely to us.
